We want our site to work as well as our nursery does, for every parent, carer and grandparent.

Built to be readable

Text uses fluid sizing that scales with your browser settings, headings follow a single logical order on every page, and colour combinations are chosen to meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast.

Keyboard and screen readers

Every menu, link and button can be reached with a keyboard, focus outlines are always visible, our menu can be closed with the Escape key, and photographs carry descriptive alternative text written for the room they were taken in.

Motion you can turn off

If your device is set to reduce motion, our scroll animations, floating shapes and reveals are switched off automatically and content is shown in place.

Mobile first

The site is designed for a phone in one hand: large tap targets, no hover-only content, and horizontal photo rails you can swipe.
