We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, with a strong child-led ethos, this means that we;

Paying for your place
Funding
We accept Tax-Free Childcare payments and government-funded childcare hours for eligible children from 9 months old.

Invoices are issued monthly to parents and carers. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise stated.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Tax-Free Childcare
- Childcare vouchers
- BACS payments
- Cash

Flexible hours
We aim to be as flexible as possible for our families. We do not have set session times, and wherever possible, we are happy to tailor hours to suit your individual needs, subject to availability. Funded hours can also be used at times that work best for you, rather than within fixed sessions.
Registration deposit
A registration holding deposit fee of £100 is required to secure your child's nursery space.
The deposit will be refunded as a deduction from your first month's nursery invoice. Please note, if you choose not to take up the allocated place, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations
- Cancel within 28 days of start date – 75% refund (£75)
- Cancel within 14 days of start date – 50% refund (£50)
- Less than 14 days' notice – 0% refund
