Key person for every child
Each child has a key worker who tracks their development, shares daily diaries and leads their termly progress review.
Trained and checked
Safer recruitment, enhanced DBS checks, Paediatric First Aid and food hygiene certificates across the team.
Room-based teams
Staffing ratios of 1:3 in the baby and toddler rooms, 1:5 in the Toddler Room and 1:8 in Pre-School.
